Siew Hong Low

My journey with the Piklerian approach began in 2017 and has been both deeply humbling and transformative. Through this work, I have learned to slow down, observe with intention, and truly attune to the unique rhythms of each child and adult I engage with—responding with thoughtfulness and respect. In 2024, I became a certified Pikler Pedagogue, yet I see this as just one step in an ongoing path of growth. I will continue my learning with further training at the Pikler Institute in October 2025.

With over 30 years of dedication to early childhood education and development, my work has included curriculum development, educator training, and volunteering with caregivers and children in both home and childcare settings. While I still take on such roles when invited, I now spend much of my time with my family and exploring the world—continuing to learn through lived experience and connection.
